How to create a payment?

Creating a payment with ivendPay is a straightforward process, similar to making transactions with a traditional bank terminal. Whether you're a first-timer or seasoned in handling crypto transactions, you'll find the process user-friendly and efficient. Here's how you can quickly set up a payment:

Step 1: Click on "new payment" and enter the amount in the local currency of the transaction. Press "Next."

Currently, we support 46 different fiat currencies, offering a wide range of options for your convenience.

Step 2: Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to accept as payment. The system will then generate a QR code for the transaction.

Step 3: Ask your customer to complete the payment using the QR code. If you're using our POS terminal, you also have the option to accept payments via NFC, making the process even smoother for you and your customers.

Step 4: Wait for the transaction to be processed. This can take anywhere from a 2 seconds to 10 minutes, depending on various factors such as blockchain speed, internet connection, etc.

It's important to note that while many developers are working to increase transaction speeds, ivendPay has no control over these external processes.

We are done. Once the transaction is successful, the terminal will print a receipt, and if you're using a phone, you'll see a confirmation animation.

Please remember, the transaction isn't considered complete until the receipt is printed from the terminal and/or green check mark animation on the screen. This step is crucial, as it serves as your confirmation that the transaction has been successfully processed and validated. Ensuring that you see the printed receipt before finalizing any sale is a vital part of the transaction process with ivendPay, providing both you and your customer with peace of mind and a tangible record of the payment.

Remember, ivendPay is designed to make accepting crypto payments as easy and seamless as possible, ensuring you can focus on what matters most – your business and your customers.
